Our Doctors

Dr. Craig Foster, DPM and owner of Traction Podiatry, is a dedicated and compassionate doctor of podiatric medicine with a passion for improving the foot health and overall well-being of his patients. Dr. Foster completed his undergraduate studies in Psychology at University of Utah, where he developed a keen interest in the complexities of the human body, particularly the mind body connection and how that relates to overall health.
Motivated by his desire to help others, Dr. Foster pursued his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. During his medical training, he excelled academically and actively participated in clinical rotations, gaining valuable hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating various foot and ankle conditions.
After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Foster completed a comprehensive residency program specializing in podiatric medicine and surgery at The V.A. Hospital and Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland Ohio. Here, he honed his skills in advanced surgical techniques, biomechanics, wound care, and diabetic foot management.
Dr. Foster has remained committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements in podiatric medicine by attending conferences, participating in continuing education courses, and self study. He is the proud owner of Traction Podiatry, a podiatry clinic located in Gilbert Arizona, where he treats patient’s daily. His dedication to providing exceptional patient care is evident in his personalized approach, where he takes the time to educate his patients and involve them in their treatment plans.
Dr. Foster is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and holds memberships in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.

Dr. Carnett is from Hilo, Hawaii. Did his undergraduate degree at University of Hawaii and Des Moines University. He graduated with his Doctor of Podiatric Medicibe degree from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in 1987. He then completed a Surgical Residency in Des Moines before serving as an Assistant Professor until 1993 when he returned to Hawaii to practice. In 1995 he started a 20 year tenure establishing a high risk foot service in Hong Kong. He has been working in Arizona since 2024. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and two children. He is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). He often lectures on Diabrtoc Foot subjects for the International Working Group on the Diabrtic Foot in China. He also has a Diploma in clinical Acupuncture from the University of Hong Kong. He has over 30 years’ experience intestine Western and Chinese Medicine in the management of foot pain.
In his spare time he writes novels with one published and another in progress. In 2015 he graduated from the Master of Fine Arts program (Creative Writing)at The Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Dr. Jordan Richardson is a board-trained qualified physician and surgeon specializing in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, minimally invasive procedures, sports medicine, and diabetic foot care, including wound management.
A proud Arizona native, Dr. Richardson completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University before earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences. He then completed an extensive residency with Intermountain Health, where he received advanced training in both surgical and non-surgical management of complex foot and ankle conditions.
At Traction Podiatry, Dr. Richardson’s treatment philosophy centers on truly listening to his patients’ concerns, fostering trust, and providing evidence-based care using the most up-to-date techniques and technologies. He is committed to helping each patient achieve long-term mobility, comfort, and confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Richardson enjoys playing guitar, cooking, working on classic cars, and exploring the Arizona desert through outdoor recreation.

Joslyn Johnson
Medical Assistant
Joslyn Johnson was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona. She is a certified phlebotomist and experienced Medical assistant. In addition to being a MA, she is currently a full time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biological science. Joslyn enjoys getting to know patients and helping with their journey to a healthy, pain free life. In her spare time she enjoys painting and spending time with family.

Victoria Moore
Marketing & Community Outreach
Victoria Moore brings over 15 years of digital marketing experience to Traction Podiatry, where she leads brand growth, patient outreach, and community engagement. She played a key role in expanding Traction’s Mobile Podiatry services into the West Valley, helping more homebound and underserved patients access quality foot care. Victoria is passionate about connecting people with the services they need and building meaningful relationships within the community.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking Arizona’s beautiful trails, golfing, searching for the best tacos, volunteering at Aimee’s Animal Farm & Sanctuary, and spending time with her two teenage children.

Ashley
Mobile Services Coordinator
Ashley was born in California and moved to Arizona when she was five years old. She has loved calling Arizona home ever since. As the Mobile Services Coordinator at Traction Podiatry, Ashley helps ensure patients who qualify for mobile podiatry care receive the support and scheduling assistance they need.
Ashley is married to her husband Josh, and together they have a 9-month-old daughter, Perry, who she says is the sweetest and funniest baby ever. When she’s not working, Ashley loves spending time with her family, exploring her passion for interior design, shopping, and visiting the beach whenever she gets the chance.
Her warm personality and love for helping others make her a wonderful part of the Traction Podiatry team.
